The E36 M3 was introduced at the end of 1992. It came available in 1993.
This model had a six cylinder engine with 286 HP. It had a top speed of 250 km/h.
In 1994 the M3 convertible and sedan came available. In 1995 the M3 received a
small face lift and a new engine. The orange indicators were replaced by clear
ones and a six speed gear box was standard now. The new engine now had 321 HP.
The sedan went out of production in 1997. The coupe and convertible were
available until 1999. A new E46 M3 will be available in 2000.
